I was "hired" to do some web programming and internet marketing for Mr. Zalcman or Mr. Solar, whatever name he is using now. First, he was unwilling to provide me with an agreement to pay contract, or something of the sorts. This should have been my first warning, but he continued to say "legal is working on it" or "send me a proposal" which I did.
During the course of my affiliation with Global Water Enterprise, Inc I was told to submit invoices, which I did. Only 2 of those invoices were paid. I am still owed an amount of $383.00 which I am positive I will never see.
I will never work for anyone without a proper contract because of this con artist. I warn any freelancers or independent contractors who run across George Zalcman, George Solar, or his new company Global Water Enterprise, Inc. Formerly known as Water Systems Only, Inc. Do no waste your time, you will not get paid.
