My son worked for this group of people. He worked for three weeks and the majority of the time was spent building a wall at a residental location. He was told he would be paid after the second week. On the third week he was told he would be paid after they were paid. After he handed in his time sheet they refused to call him back. All Tracy (one of the owners) did was ignore the phone calls after she stated she would have money to him.
Not only did he pick up tools and deliver from location to location, he picked up other employees for them and they also were not paid. The owners did not show up on site until the afternoon, the employees were left alone building walls, mowing lawns, planting, pulling weeds and installing mulch.
We discovered they have been doing this same rip off game for two years now. They owe five other people from last summer for performing this rip off scam.
The equipment is rented and one of the days my son was with them the police showed up since the equipment he rented was reported stolen by the rental company and he had to pay the court costs with the $300.00 he told my son that he was going to pay him with.
Instead after three weeks and them owing my son over $1,000.00 in labor costs they will not return any calls and pick up some new labor to use and not pay either.
