My furniture starting coming appart within in the first year. There's only adults in my house, so it's not from wear and tear! I emailed the company and gave them all the information they needed to locate my account. I got the standard reply of "Thank you for contacting Rooms to Go", but they could not find my account information.
They have no problem finding the bill to send me every month! I'm stuck with funiture I have to keep sewing together! I can't get new one, because I have two more years to pay on this one! It's really embarrassing when company comes over. I just tell them where I got it and how old it is, if that doesn't convince them not to shop there, nothing will!
