Lied and used scare tactics to force me to use her affiliates who costed me way more than I should have paid. She was very bossy and just plain rude and unproffesional

Please avoiding using Sue Heldstab of Edina Realty. She is a very dishonest realtor who uses scare tactics to get you to do what she wants. She looks out for the interest of her pocket book and not the actual client. She swore that if I didn't use her title company and do things the way she wanted that all hell woud break loose. Man I hate contracts... She would be gone in a second. Terrible representation... She sure loves dual agency and didn't even cut me a break on price. AVOID USING SUE HELDSTAB who professionalism and business ethics really need to be questioned and looked at.
