Regional Accep. Corp. Practice unfair tactics. They do use scare tactics to force a payment out of you. Even when you try to get them to work with you they threaten you, call you at work and force you to do any thing, just to get your payment to them. No matter what the situation is they refuse to work with you. After 5 years of payments they are saying I am 3 months behind, which I am not. They are using late charges and unpaid interest as an excuse to say it is 90 days over.
