Paul D Russum sold my wife and I a hot tub on dislay at a outdoor show in Colorado Springs 0n Feb. 15. For just under $8000. Two weeks later he had a delivery crew dumped a used hot tub in my back yard

On Feb. 15, at an outdoor show in Colorado Springs, my wife and I purchased a new hot tub that was on display from Paul D Russum for the amount of $7732.80 ;ie "Splish Slash Spas". Two weekes later a hot tub was delivered in my back yard. After I finished hooking this tub up and ready for use I found several things wrong with it. The radio sterio system along with two of the three pumps did not work. After I called several times, what was "Splish Splash Spas" at the time because of course they quickly went out of business. I have been trying to serve notice on this Paul Russum to appear in court over this matter but I have not been able to find out where he is. Through the Colorado Business Center his ID# 20081216202. I would like to know if this is the same Paul Russum from "Cherokee Windows"? Your help in this would be very much appreciated. Thank You. Mike
