I ordered a Balboa hot tub heater on a Friday and was promised that it would be shipped that day with UPS 3-day. The next Monday I checked the Tracking number and was told that it was invalid. Called Pool Supply World and was told that I had missed the cutoff time and it had already been shipped that day. Three days later I checked the tracking number and was told that the billing information had been submitted but no shipment had been made.
