Dan Ward started a job and did not finish it. And he has 2/3 of my money ripoff

I had hired Dan Ward to re-do a pool and deck. He gave me a price of $3,500. And a finish time of about a week. Dan and his crew started on the pool on 12/21/06 and they re-did the deck and the tile on the pool. All he had to finish was the gel-coat. After I dont know how many phone calls I still have not heard from him and this is 3/27/07

The pool is at a stand still he cut holes in the plaster and did not fill them in. So now we cant even put water back in it. You better watch this guy he is slick.
