They were on an honor system to take care of the pool weekly at my parents house that is up for sale. My brother went over to go swimming and the pool was green. This would not have happened had they been taking care of the pool weekly as they were paid to do. There is stuff missing, wires showing - had another pool service go out and take a look at the pool and it is going to cost me about $250.00 just to get it back to par. They would not return my phone calls when I called to complain - they called the realtor instead acting like I had not called them at all.
