Purchased a Hot Tub or Spa through a distributor for JNJ and within 6 months every electrical component failed.
Initially as the electronics failed we tried working our way around the problems until it became futile.
Final straw was the 3 hsp. Pump burned up.
Water backflowed through the air bubbler and it shorted and fried. The heater overheat controls seized and turned the tub into a deep frier.
The electronic display control board on the side of the tub finally just plain died after most of the push buttons gave up. The distributor was of no help at all, probably because he had a back room full of returned spas. Contacting the manufacturer resulted in absolutely no help.
