I hired Shawn Jarvis of Sq ft crete to put in a concrete driveway for me. I told him to make sure the water from rain would run down the driveway he lied, did not elevate the driveway right & it flooded my Garage.
I had water 8-10 ft.inside my Garage, I took Shawn Jarvis to Small claimes court. I was awarded $3,000.00 plus court cost. I waited 30 days No Money I had my Lawyer send Shawn a Demand for payment. This to has failed to get his Attention.
I have notified & filled with the BBB & Attorney Generals office to no avail. Shawn does Bad work & lies about his Qualifications.in my Estimate Shawn stated he had 15 years experance 2002 yet one year later on his Web Site 2003 he states he has 18 yrs. He gained three years experance in just one year. I don't know what to do I went through the Courts BBB & Att. Generals Office.
The sad part is that Shawn is still out there taking money from the Senior citizens, even though he has other Law suites against him. I'am not the only one he has done this to. You can find this in the Records at Columbus downtown I guess you can start a bussiness & perform work & you do not have to be held accountable for your work or obligations.
I also tried to get six on you side to help me but they wouldn't. Shawn also Stated & Printed on his extimate he was a Member of the Better Business Bureau, He was not. This can be verified on the Report I filed with the BBB. He was using the BBB. Sign when he did not belong this did not to seem to bother the BBB. What do they do smack their hands when they use this membership without paying for it.
I should have looked at one of the first flags Shawn cashed my first check for half of the total amout at a Check Smart. Shawn is not a legal Bussiness man or he would have a Checking account & he shouldn't ask for half of the money up Front.
Shawn has No Equipment He showed up with a Mulch Wheel-barrow metal pegs & string & a nephew. Yet if you look at his Web Site you would think he is a big business man with Equipment.
But he is neither his friends have the Equipment & Shawn has no Crew & No Equipment unless String, Pegs & a mulch weel-barrow qualify him.
