I requested a heat pad on March 2. It arrived quickly, however they delivered a 120-volt pad rather than the 23o volt pad which was requested. They stated they'd send the right one, that they did, and cost my charge card another $640, that they did. They stated they'd return the very first $640 back again to my charge card the moment the wrong pad was delivered. That we quickly delivered.
