Me and my husband sell our house to open a marble bussiness to have a new start and future of our new baby who just born last year. This solid creation contractor who happend to know my husband and his partner give them a job and they said they will pay every 3 job they make. We trust them and do bussiness with them. When the time that we're about to ask the payment they always tells us they send them. They only pay a little just because they want more job from us. Untill almost 10-12 job they never paid. Yah i know the question that even me asked my husband "how can you trust people like that". But sometimes no matter how you blame the victim it always comes up its because no matter what there is people like this contractors that taking advantage to small bussiness like us. Thanks to them we lost our bussiness because the money that we supposed to pay the shop rent, bills and people who work for us is we used to buy stone for this contractors job. There is no money circulation happened so its just collapsed just like that. We try to ask our lawyer if we can bring them to court. But the lawyer said we can't because we don't have license in new jersey area. Now its perfectly clear to us that he's targeting the marble company outside their area so that people can go after them. But i'm not going to give up to get justice from this people. Because not only money they take from me, the future of my child and they put us to this situation and some people who lost the job because of them. I know somehow, somewhere i will get justice! And put this rip off people down!
