Cashed check, no merchandise

I sent in an ad that was in the Philadelphia Inqurier. I sent them a check for $22.95. They cashed the check within two weeks. I called them in March, they told that they were temporarily out of stock. They told that I should get them by April 5. It's now the 18th and I still haven't seen anything.
