what's out this company, and if you see the properties manger name: Lorry Berth, please becareful, this lady never response your called or do anything for the house you guys rent, never come take alook or anything, but if u pay the rent late 2-5 days she will come knock at the doors, when the house goes wrong need to be fixed if u guys called, she wont do anything for u. She just need money but dont need to do anything, bad property manger. And if your lease done / expired. She's not going to response your security money to back right the way.
Like my experience, i have waiting for my security money back almost 4 months now, i have not heard anything from her, i called / text her, she never response or answer. I didnt know what to do now if i go to the lawyer i dont have money to pay them cuz i am out of my job almost 3 months now. Please if people out there try to rent the house from this company or they provide u to see this lady name: Lorry Berth, please dont, go to another company. And the amount she need to refund back $3,249.50, but she didnt, i was cry so many day, i didnt know what to do
