I purchased many bedding products. After I rec'd the verification e-mail a few hours later, I observed immediately this 1 product was shown incorrectly. I named them quickly to tell them of the mistake. They stated it had been too late to alter the purchase, that it had been already-packed and prepared to be delivered. I expected to get a return tag to be delivered to me, and so I might return the wrong product immediately, plus they stated it had been my mistake so they really would not do this. I told them I double-checked my purchase before I put it, and there is no mistake on my component. They didn't trust me. The client support individual could not have cared less. I requested to just stop the purchase. They'd not. It had been "too late". Nevertheless, I just rec'd the delivery confirmation today, a complete week later! How might it have now been too late if it delivered out seven days after my telephone call? They merely were laying and wishing to destroy my choice to come back the purchase. I'll never purchase from their website again. Poor people customer support is just inexcusable.
