Chris Streeter of C & S Homes (aka Budget Homes, aka Anasazi Fine Homes) of Southern Utah has several lawsuits against him and several hundred thousand dollars in liens and unpaid taxes (verify at: http://www.washco. Utah. Gov/treasurer / by clicking on "property search" and then searching "Streeter" and "C & S Homes"). This guy is a great salesman, but buyer beware as there are many investors, subcontractors and suppliers who have lost a lot of money to this guy. His recent endeavor is to create a company called "Budget Homes." He is trying to sell a small home without being up front to potential buyers that the land the house sits on is in a land lease (i.E., the buyer doesn't actually own the land outright). He was questioned about this and apparently said to just keep that info quiet as most people are simple minded and don't read the fine print. As far as I'm concerned, this guy is a predator and should be investigated by the FBI and any other agency or group that is concerned about protecting honest, hard working people.
