We bought an ac/heat unit at lowes. 3 weeks later i have to push the reset button when you want cold air to blow. Called lowes. Said they would contact repair co. I would hear within 24 hrs. 72 hrs this idiot calls, schediles appt. Day of appt. This idiot calls back to reschedule. I tell him no, he hangs up on me. I call lowes back, tell them what happened.
Lowes says they will make note of situation, and contact another service co. Well, now that was 4 days ago, its hot as h*ll in fla and my ac stil doesn't work. I call lowes back today, said they will note the situation and get back to me. I'm beginning to get tird of all the running around i'm getting. Anyone else have this problem?
