Installed damaged materials, promised repeatedly to correct, cheated me out of the 6K I paid to have work done. Poor grading around house. Man lied about his intent, never showed when he said he would

Joe Ross performed final grading around my new home. Standing water, dips, swall, and uneven grade is left. He also was paid to install a culvert crossing onto the property. During the installation his dump truck crushed the pipe. He repeatedly promised to he would change it out but stopped answering my calls and had his cell phone disconnected. The culvert pipe installed today is 50% crushed and closed and needs to be replaced. I'm out 6thousand dollars and Joe Ross an unscrupolous contractor and not a man of his word.
