I find myself to be in a rather large group. I also trusted HR Privette and Ruth Dodd with our hard earned savings, hoping to get a nice dining room set. As we all have found out this is not to be.
I have filed with the North Carolina Attorney General's Division of Consumer Protection. I also filed with my home state Attorney General's Division of Consumer Protection.
I read in one of the other consumer complaints that HR Privette is to go to court on March 25, I can only hope that this is true. I am sure that it is only wishful thinking but I would hope that we could all get our money back. The problem is that people (if you can call him that) like him usually get away with it, and hard working people like us are the ones that lose out.
