Where to begin... I found this company through a google search, called and got the scoop. Everything sounded great so I moved forward and purchased the xmas lights installation...
When it was all said and done they charged me close to $900 when I was told before hand it would probably be around $300-$400. This should have been a warning but I chose to trust them.
Long story short, the lights were installed before Thanksgiving. I called the day after and informed them of the issue. I was told they would be out the following Tues to fix the lights. Tues came and went and nothing was fixed. I never recieved a call of any sorts and was only able to leave messages over the next 2 months!
How can a company do this to someone? I just recently spoke to the "owner" of the company, Mr. Jon Hill, whose only response was to call me liar! Now that is where I draw the line.
I will be filing complaints with the BBB as well as filing a lawsuite. As a business owner myself I could never imagine doing this to a customer and dont know how this could happen.
