Our family had used Hang the Lights last year for our christmas lights. When we spoke to them last year they told us the $1,250 price included the set-up, lights, timers and maintenance for the season.in addition, since we essentially bought the lights, when we sign up for the next year our price will be lower since we have bought all the equipment. If we were not going to use them again, then the lights are technically ours and we would get them back.
My husband called them this year to get the price quote and we were quoted for the exact same amount as last year. We have already bought the lights and timers, so how can the price be the same? There was no explanation. Other than they will use the lights and timers for other customers. So how much are they charging them?
This company is a scam and I recommend that anyone in the Phoenix/Tucson area not use them and tell everyone they can to find a reputable company to hang their lights.
