I ordered a queen size bedroom set with matching drapes for our new master bedroom.
Upon receipt of the merchandise, I realized the standard sized drapes were too short as we have 9 foot ceilings. I called ihome.com to find out how to return the drapes, there was an answering machine, so I had to leave a message. I waited 4 days for a response... Nothing, so I called them again. A week later, still nothing. So then I e-mailed them using the "contact us" form on their website.
It's been over 2 months and still not one word. This is not a company that you want to do business with unless you don't care if you cannot return an item that is not right.
