I'd windows intalled through Climate Gard in 2000. I've had seal failure 3x and a lot of issues with my Backyard Screen. I've been experiencing Black Form within the Yard Screen. I named Climate Gard out prior to the vacations (Dec). I'm still waiting to obtain the Backyard Screen solved in February. The supervisor Avi has created me guarantees and hasenot yet completed anything. He simply keeps showing me he's to have ahold of his specialist. I named Customer Support & Avi (supervisor) with no you might return my calls. I eventually got ahold of Avi recently and he set me down and explained to call tomorrow. I named and again I simply get his voice-mail. He assured he'd reply after I told him I'd named him 4x. Their customer support is horrible along side administration.
