I was contacted here at my business for a great septic tank product. So I thought. I had no reason to think otherwise. The lady on the phone, Karen, was trying to sell me a "FREE" one month trial of Septic Remedy. She began to describe what it would do in thirty days, how the packaging would look and of course, how I could pay with my credit or debit card. Her voice actually sounded just like an infomercial. YIKES...
As she was talking I decided to google "Septic Remedy". It took a second but up came the website for "complaint". I'm sure glad I saw that.
Meanwhile, I explained to her that I would be happy to receive her "FREE" product for thirty days and that I wanted to read and look over the product before I comitted to any kind of payment. She said she thought that was fair. So, she took my name and home address and then said that I would need to talk with her supervisor to make sure that I thought she was polite over the phone. Mike got on the phone and verified that she was real nice and polite and that I understood that if I did not give my credit card information today that I would miss out on a $15.00 savings. He told me that in about an hour that the shipping department would call to verify some information. They called, I told her to lose my name, number and address and she hung up on me. I wonder why... Thanks complaint.
