Knowingly sold defective product for which manufacturer had redacted warranty due to known defect

Here is a copy of the letter that I sent to Mr Peterson.

Dear Bruce Peterson,

I am livid with you and the people in your office who sold me an air mattress this afternoon at about 2:30PM. I have just attempted to inflate the mattress and it is leaking air from the seal around the pump. I have called the store and talked to Seth who advises me that you know that this product is defective and choose to sell it anyway!

I signed a waiver saying that I understood that I would not be able to return the mattress and did so assuming that this was because it was bedding not because you knew that you were selling a defective product for which the manufacturer has waived the warranty. It is hard to imagine that you believe that it is acceptable business practice to pass your losses on to your customers?

I would like to bring the mattress back and have you replace it with a new one which we will test inflate in your office before I leave. Please let me know when it will be convenient to meet with you to do this.
