I put in a order with Free Ship Furniture and spoke with Daimon on 12/08 and was told my order would be sent out and I would have it by Christmas. Well it didn't arrive so I call Daimon and he said it got tied up because of a big snow storm in Portland Oregon so I knew that could be true so on the 2nd. Of January some of the shipment came it was the dining room set. The truck driver walked down my long drive way because a couple of the boxes had been very damaged, it looked like a fork lift had went thru it so the driver knew I would not accept it so we sent the order back.in the mean time I am still waiting for the bed room set and two sets of coffee and end tables which was also supossed to have been on the same truck. So I called Daimon and of course he would take care of it for we were leaving on the 5th to cancun and wouldn't be home till the 15th.
So all this time I am calling him and I emailed him, faxed him and also called him on1/03 and told him I knew he was a scam and to cancel every thing and not send nothing for I would refuse it. Well his smooth talking he said it was all ready sent out and would be here before I got back from Cancun. So I called him from Cancun for I had told him to credit my credit card back well he tells me all the furniture is in a ware house in my home town waiting for me to get home so they could deliver it to me. So I told Daimon I would call my son who is a police officer and he had the next three days off and he would meet the delivery truck at my house.
Well finally I heard nothing from him for a couple days, so I called him again and told him he had better call my son asap. So he did and he told my som that it wasn't in the ware house but it would be delivered to my house om Monday the 19th. Of January. Well guess what I am still waiting.
I wrote him a email yesterday and told him what a crook he was and it up set him but as you know the truth always hurts. Then he also sent me four different emails yesterday morning of boxes he said was mine that he had sent out. Well it seems funny he could send me pictures of boxes yesterday when those boxes should have been delivered yesterday.
I called my credit card this morning to dispute this and low and behold he had charged me almost six thousand dollars on 12/8 and my credit card caught where he had sent thru the exact amount yesterday but he charged it to a different name then theTCg where all the other furniture had been billed too. So as you see I think federal can step in since he has charged my account for another order that I didn't even approve. So not my bill is up to around 20 thousand dollars and nothing to show for it.
Daimon emailed me this morning for the credit card called him and he threaten me with a restocking fee plus shipping cost and as I said I told him on the 3rd. Of January to cancel every thing.
So watch out people this is the biggest scam I have ever been caught up in, and he will eat you up till he gets your money and then you will not hear from him no matter how many messages you leave or email.
