I am a single mother i had to file for chapter 13 bankruptcy after my marriage failed and then my payment was 440.00 dollars a month and then it was dismissed and i called cit to see what i had to do to save my home and the lady told me that what was behind was 4500 and she told me that i needed to pay 2300 and i told her that i couldnt come up with that much at one time so to save my home i had to refile chapter 13 again then my arreaswent from 4500 to 11,264.53within 6 months i just dont understand how this happen i understand about late fees and late payments but how many banks let it get this far behind and now they tell me to save my home i have to pay 715.00 a month so if anyone can help me understand i would like to hear from u
