I am now in chapter 13 bankruptcy and still have no peace. Is it true that if you file chapter 7 bankruptcy your home can still be taken???
This is what my attorney has told me and i now am having second thoughts.
Attorney also did not tell me that if you are in chapter 13 your taxes and any bonuses that you get on your job can be taken... I guess when my car stops dead in the road because i don't have enough left after paying chapter 13 and i can't go to work..
Fairbanks will get it all...
I thought this would protect me...
But i still find that i am in hell every day...
I have almost had enough.
I had almost rather rent and live in peace than let this mortgage servicer from hell ruin every day of my life...
I signed a contract with conti-mortgage that stated that i would make my payments no later than the 16th of every month, and if not made by the 16th of every month, i would be assessed a late fee...
Nowhere in my contract did it state that my loan could be transferred to a servicing company who would eliminate the grace period,
Charge appraisal fees,
Drive by inspection fees,
Leave a a note on the door to call fees,
Letter fees,
Atty fees etc...
How can fairbanks keep on doing this...
Is there any help out there???
I am in a fairbanks prison...

Fairbanks...
They want it all...
And they are almost getting it all...
Is the only way out of this prison to just let them have this place...
I used to love my home and enjoy coming to it...
Now i just don't care any more
