I purchased a Snuggie for 19.95 plus 10.00 for pockets. I was to receive an additional Snuggie for the cost of shipping 7.95. My bill should have been 55.85, instead I received a bill for 91.70, with no explanation. I've tried repeatedly to contact them and only get a computer voice, with no other response, except a busy signal.
