Ranco Enterprises Medford, MA.in March they installed a "Used" Hot water Tank as "New" in My home. Medford

In March they installed a "Used" hot water storage tank in my home. I was charged for a "New" Tank and paid $2,000.00. When it leaked all over my basement on December 19 they refused to make things right and also refused Me a copy of the reciept / work order. I Did have a checking account statement noting Me paying them on April 5 and am going to pursue this FRAUD in court.
