We have ordered several things from Carolina Furniture, we thought that we had made a good decision, when infact, we got a portion of our order, 2 portions as a matter of fact.
We were patient up to the point that they have suddenly become unreachable, and stupid us just placed another order with them a few weeks ago! They cashed our check and we haven't heard from them since.
In total they probably have about $4,000 of our money.
I have called hundreds of times and left many messages and emailed as well.
They delivered about $3,000 worth of furniture and we loved it, I too wonder as did another person if they only deliver things so they sucker you into ordering more.
I plan to track them down until they pay up.
