On may 10 contract was entered with exodus real estate management company between cassandra tomkins of said company and purchaser of services. Contract was for cassandra tompkins acting as exodus real estate management to manage rental property in caledonia michigan 49316 and collect fees from rental tenants. Fees were to be collected by cassadra tompkins acting as agent and proceeds were to be paid to purchaser

To date no fees have been paid in any way, manner, form other than an nsf check fraudlently deposited into bank accounts causing nsf fees associated to bank account. Photo copies available of nsf check. All aspects of the contract, whether written or implied have been breached in every manner by cassandra tompkins of exodus real estate management. The sums taken from cassadra tomkins are inthe thousands!
