Besides being ripped off and over charged for the price (he paid according to records 80K in 05 and we admittedly were dumb enough to pay him 105K for it) we were pulverized by his in house property managment company Matrix and Associates for phoney repairs to the tune of 6,000.00 after putting 12K in to 'rehab' the property in 05 using Petty's 'in house' contractor. What a nightmare b.S. Stupid freaking rip off from day one. Of course we feel stupid but this guy is to be avoided at every turn.
First he was into ripping you off by investing/flipping and getting your money for that... Now that that market is dry he's a 'wholesale' specialist. It is people like him who single handedly brought down the whole ATL market with their greed. The house we are strapped with is in a "C" class neighborhood according to ATL city planning and really just waiting for the chopping block for eminent domain. The whole neighborhood is a wasteland and festering with vandals and drug addicts. THANKS CHARLES PETTY for the mess you left us and that suffering community with. DO NOT BUY ANY OF HIS WHOLESALE STUFF OR believe anything about his wonderful INVESTMENT opportutinies. We have sued that Matrix thief and you can be next... You should be next. Or at least repent... I have a wonderful investment only 150K for what really will appraise at 190K wow 40K "INSTANT EQUITY"! Why not buy it from us? It's cheaper than 12 years in federal prison for fraud...
