The company moved me within Denver area. Over the weeks following the move, I noticed items missing. Eventually I determined that hundreds of dollars of items had disappeared, potentially all in one box.
I don't know whether this was theft or misplacement. I DO know that I called Charles and reported the missing items. He promised to come meet with me the following Friday at 10 AM and did not show up.
I subsequently called twice and there was no response.
My aunt had also used his service on a move from Florida and reported items missing.
This service is, at best, dishonorable.
