In the first quarter of Alex Enzbrenner of Ace Custom Homes placed two orders for manufactured stone building materials for one of his custom home clients. We delivered both orders, but Alex has only paid for one of them. He currently owes my company $246.33 for Order #660. We have sent him 30-day, 60-day, 90-day, and intent to file small claims court proceedings notices, but payment has not been made as of 12/4.
