I can not believe this company... It's the same story for us... They have lied about the title to our home... They have "lost" payments... They have charged us for insurance that we had already purchased... Supposedly we were not covered this whole year... The reps are rude, they put one of our payments towards something OTHER than or house payment, and then got all pissy at us on the phone because we were "late"... I had to senx them copies of the check that THEY CASHED, and even then... Those souless workers they have there had the nerve to act like I was lying to them about sending my payment THREE WEEKS EARLY!
I could tear my hair out! I want out, and I want out right now... But, I also want this disgusting, evil company to go down...
I recently have written to Dateline, Nightline, 20/20 and John Stossel about this... If everyone that posts here would do the same thing, I would hope that we would all be heard by someone. This company must go down... And it will take us all to do it.
This has got to be the shadiest, dirtiest, dumbist company to grace these states... They must go down. It is not right what they are doing to us all!!
