Ripoff fraudulent billing rude customer service

We had our mortgage through Chase bank, then Chase transferred our account to Vanderbilt. For a year everything went smooth.

After that all hell broke loose. Vanderbilt as repeatedly said that our payments were late. Problem is... I always paid early and had the check to proove that we were not late. Now on our file, Vanderbilt has us as late payers (for them 15 days) and I HAVE TO CONTEST THIS! This nerve.

They did not change our address when we moved our mobile home, (I called to change it) so mail requesting our insurance information was never recieved. They locked our account. And, they put insurance on our trailer... A lot of money and now I have to CONTEST THIS AS WELL!

We had our insurance provider fax confirmation repeatedly (they have records) yet Vanderbilt repeatly says they never recieved this information... F#$%^&

then to top this all off. The man MR. R*! (ROR FOR SECURITY PURPOSES) had the gaul to tell me he was going to have to make a referral on my mortgage!

We are never late... No laps in insurance coverage-but we are paying the price anyway!
