This man does not have a contractor's license with the City of Kansas City, even though he advertises such on his business card. I started with him on a project in February and he jerked me around until I got fed up and fired him in August. He can't get permits to do work in Kansas City because he is not licensed, but kept saying that someone else was going to get permits for him. Never happened. I tried to help the guy, but some people just can't be helped - be forewarned. I had to start over with another contractor and here it is December and the project just got finished.
