On May 26 I entered into a contract for repair of roof and damage to wall and ceiling in master bathroom. Contractor was recommended by buyers for my home. Mr. Medina got paid $2200 for a $4500 job. He has not finished as yet. After investigation it was found out he has no contractors license, he never pulled permits and still has my money from insurance settlement leaving me with a home unable to sell and having to start alll over hiring new contractor.
