After ordering a Avalon mattress and adjustable king frame, the day of arrival I found it to be unacceptable. After calling customer service and complying with there request to send photos, I hit a brick wall. They denied any fault in the mattress and refused to honor there "Lifetime Warranty".
I agree with another customer who said 'its like sleeping in a hammock" There was a immediate problem with the way the bed folded up, gathering in the center, as I reported to them right away before sleeping in the bed. But when I went to bed that night it was a nightmare, no support at all. Like worse than a waterbed.
Two deaths in my family have prevented me from contacting a lawyer but it is my intention to report this to anyone who will listen.
