Wow. Where do I begin? Here is the short story:
(I would make it longer, but they have really worn me out over the last month.)
1) Had a buyer
2) Sent faxes, made calls, (tried smoke signals), for loan officer to process short sale
3) Spoke to at least 12 different customer service agents
4) Received varying stories regarding why I have not been called back including lengthy discussions regarding Wilshire's tiresome bureaucratic internal process
5) Left phone messages for managers
6) Did not receive any call backs, from anyone, from Wilshire
7) Have not had a loan officer assigned to short sale?!!! (after a month)
8) Oh, lost that buyer, which would have resulted in Wilshire receiving 50% of their loan back
9) Am now trying to find out if Wilshire will ever participate in a short sale
10) Am finding the idea of foreclosure somehow comforting given that Wilshire will receive nothing at auction (All proceeds will go to the primary lender)
11) Considering therapy
12) And, a lawsuit...
