I recently changed my furnace to dual energy and in order to benefit from Hydros reduced rate, attestation papers must be submitted by supplier. These papers were never submitted and the supplier will not return my phonecalls, nor does he answer the phone therefore I am unable to benefit from my $6,000 investment.
