Requested product from their store, obtained wrong product and needed to deliver it back. Was billed a 30% restocking charge plus dropped my cash to deliver product back, and of course my initial delivery costs. Easily merely did not need them, I Would be ok with this specific but Stairwarehouse created the mistake and essentially took money from me. I would like to understand just how many different customers-they did this to.
