I encourage anyone who has paid through pay-pal to this site to file a complaint with pay-pal because they cannot investigate this company until they have more complaints against elegantfurnituredirect.com. I ordered a table in early September that never came. Although my order status was "allocating stock" and estimated to come in at the end of October, no one contacted me to let me know what was going on.
It is now November and last week I checked, the status still said the same thing ("allocating stock", ESD late october). Their site is no longer on-line and their phone has been disconnected. Also, no one from customer support on the site would respond to the emails I've sent. I can not get my money back because it's past the 45 days that I can submit a claim. Horrible experience!
