Don't even think about using this guy-Very persuasive and likable until he takes your money and rips you off

Leonard Williams is an excellent con-man who bilked my company for 10's of thousands of dollars. He promised a full rehab of my building and took the money and ran. Just so you can recognize him, he is african-american, built like a linebacker, and very charismatic. He will rip you off blind.
