Fact 1.in I paid Leonard Rosen $20,000 dollars to optimize my website. Which according to him, would cause www.KEADACapital.com, website to appear on page one of Google when a search would be entered as hard money mortgage. Which according to Leonard Rosen appearing on the first page of Google would result in the attraction of both Investors and Clients. (which he still openly claims in his seminar events).
Fact 2 Our website does not appear on even the first 20 pages of Google Hard Money word search.
FACT 3 As of today, I have not received one single investor or client from Keada Capital.com
Fact 4 I paid an additional $7,000 for a substandard website designed by one of Leonard Rosen's partners, which my wife and I had to spend hours each day for over a month writing ALL the page contents and selecting graphics.
Fact 5 The only modification NOT optimization, made to our website was done by the webmaster NOT Leonard Rosen.
Fact 6 I have paid a total of $27,000, over a year ago, and all I have received is a dysfunctional, embarrassing website, that has been estimated that it will cost thousands more dollars to correct.
Fact 7 Leonard Rosen PUBLICLY stated in the Nov. 13 event in Las Vegas that he was publishing an article featuring KEADA Capital. An article he has been promising since June of an article that is still not published today.
Fact 8 In January Leonard Rosen stated he was going to point 600 websites to www.keadacapital.com, according to him, that would be a part of optimizing our website.
When I asked him for an ESTIMATED time of completion he said I WILL GET BACK WITH YOU, the same words I have been hearing for over a year.
Fact 9 The FULL extent of Leonard Rosen consulting services has been his conversation, asking me to be patient.
I would have never spent $71,000 if I did not believe in Leonard Rosen and Pit-bull Mortgage School. I paid for a service I have not received. I insist on a full refund of my money, $20,000
