I purchased molds from Rubbermoldcompany.com over a year ago and felt compelled to write this report. Maybe the fact that I am in Canada and Rubber Mold Company is in the US had something to do with them leaving me out to dry on my order.
Send me an email or make a phone call or something please. To be out $13,000 is not a small issue but I am willing to work something out with you if you will only call or email me to let me know what is going on. I've already purchased and received molds from two other suppliers in the time I have ordered from you.
A little advice, answer your customer service phone calls and emails before they get to this point. Am I going to get my money back or at least the molds? You know who I am so contact me finally.
The next step is legal if I do not get my money or molds.
