I hired this smuck (Jeff) to put in an irrigation system for me a few years back and had non stop problems since the start. System hasnt worked since the last service call a year ago. Trying to get them back to fix things is like begging for more torture it seems. Seems whenever you call the office, the owners cell phone or any the employees cell phone you never get a live person.
If you do get a hold of someone, usually the excuse is they have been hunting in canada or south dakota or on vacation. Then they say we will send someone over to fix it. Well I started calling the end of April this year and its October now without a response. Customer Service doesn't even exist here.
During the install, They buried the water lines too shallow some only a few inches under the ground. They forgot to put in the check valve to pass code so I had to have them come back and put that in so it could pass inspection. That took tons of begging but it finally got done barely a few days before freeze up last year.
They also had to fix a bunch of sprinkler heads that werent working right at that time. They put one head in my neighbors property. I have a very large yard so this job was over 5 grand.
I have tons of perrenial flowers to water. 70 types of Hosta just for starters. I can pee harder than each sprinkler head shot water out this year, thats assuming that each of the zones worked (NOT!)
The workers were good but the owner is an arrogant POS. Can only imagine what is would be like to be a commercial account. I had to drag hose around all year long (GRRRRRRRRRRRR) and called these people at least a dozen times. No Response at all!!! Should have called a lawyer but why spend even more money for a system that doesnt work. The owner of this company is a Total Loser to say the least. I may still call a lawyer depending on the outcome.
I had to hire another company to come over now to blow out the lines (that didnt work all year) thanks to Greenhead Irrigation. Who knows what it will cost to fix their mistakes.
My neighbor installed his own system and is working flawless if that tells you anything. Save your money! Call a real company.
