Don't trust dt burs companies, lynn, ma. I requested windows at 3pm on Cape Cod and needed to stop the purchase the following company day. Mr. Burs terminated the purchase and guaranteed me a complete return! What ensued was months of him providing me the runaround of the lifetime! Allegedly his termination didn't proceed through?! (his fault!) First he explained a few of the windows were constructed. He then stated all the windows were built. He never supplied evidence of any windows being constructed at all. (no-work requests, bills, nothing!) (JUST HIS "TERM" Again!) He chose to maintain my cash! Their tale was continuously changing! He explained he created his status on his term which he'd need to 'consume the price of the windows' which he'd pay me back. Mr. Burs is continually appearing on new sites and modifications telephone numbers frequently! Watch out for this person! Don't trust dt burs companies!
